AI Act
Traceability, transparency and risk-management obligations for high-risk AI systems.
AI operates. REMIS attests.
Evidentiary infrastructure
for high-risk AI.
REMIS seals the evidence of high-risk AI systems - hashed, signed and eIDAS-timestamped - verifiable by a third party, without revealing your data.
High-risk AI operators accumulate application logs, dashboards, internal registers. None of these mechanisms is legally enforceable : they can be rewritten, backdated, disputed. When the AI Act requires substantive traceability and the French Civil Code recognises digital evidence subject to integrity (art. 1366-1367), the gap is structural.
REMIS closes this gap. The product replaces neither logs, nor governance, nor observability : it adds the attestation layer that was missing.
The complete cycle : qualification, cryptographic sealing, qualified eIDAS timestamping, independent verification. No business data is transmitted - only its fingerprint.
No single one of these regimes, on its own, requires a proof package. Together, they make it a structural necessity : traceability must be demonstrable, dated in an enforceable way, authenticated, and compatible with data protection.
Together, these regimes outline the need for a dedicated evidentiary instrument : a new category, which REMIS inaugurates.
Traceability, transparency and risk-management obligations for high-risk AI systems.
Minimisation, integrity, traceability of processing. REMIS seals the fingerprint, never the data.
Framework for qualified trust services : timestamping, seal, signature. The date becomes enforceable.
Evidential weight of digital writing subject to integrity and identification of the author.
Sector-specific obligations phase in through 2 December 2027 and 2 August 2028.
REMIS occupies a clear place of its own. It does one thing - produce enforceable proof packages - and it does so above logs, governance, observability and MRM, building on them. The table below places this contribution precisely.
The doctrine, the trademark and the design were filed before any public communication. The references below are not decorations : they establish an enforceable prior date and a chain of ownership.
REMIS is designed, developed and published from Paris by DOMSELARDI. The cryptographic infrastructure relies on qualified French and European trust services (eIDAS). Hosting and data operated in France ; no operational dependency outside France.
REMIS is an open R&D programme : a public doctrine, an accessible pilot programme, and an editorial entry point for regulators and the specialist press. Choose the path that fits your role.
The reference : why evidentiary infrastructure is a category distinct from governance, observability and MRM.
